Model characteristics
- Door leaf: Surface is 0.8 or 1 mm thick painted galvanized steel or 304 stainless steel. Inside is filled with high-density honeycomb paper or rock wool.
- Door frame: It is made from 1.2 mm or 1.5 mm thick painted galvanized steel or 304 stainless steel.
- Seal structure: There are all-around EPDM weather seal rubber between frame and leaf. Further more, automatic seal rubber is installed at the bottom of the door leaf. It will automatically get down and close the gap with ground floor when door closed.
- Vision panel: Special clean room glass. It is made from double layer tempered safety glass. Its surface is on the same plane with door leaf, to avoid dust retention and realize easy cleaning.
- Fitting wall types: Door frame can be customized to fit different clean room walls. The standard wall is 50 mm, 75 mm and 100 mm sandwich panel wall. And other thickness can be customized. Concrete wall can also be fitted.
